I'm a Caucasion Male-Model in "university's Fine Art's " classes...a nude body painting model now 9yrs.
....It's a career!-income. I'm also an ongoing student but already completed levels. Just staying on because of job there. I'm a local native of North Hollywood, in L.A. and " Only " looking to live with you, if U live there....Only for Los Angeles county area's..
.....not looken to move further out as I use the buses. I have a monthly bus pass. No car..no desire for one.
............I'm very happy in art program, as an artist model. Wishing to live w/those who admirer that field. Or could use this extra money. NO bed or room needed at all.

Rent your " living room " in small apt or other! Longer terms-please. I'm not desperate, just like to find those who can use some help w/chores and some rent. See my photos in this site.
